All products purchased from Green Mountain Baskets are hand made by one artist. Slight variations from the photos may occur, but I stand by the quality of any work I send out into the world! While all sales are final, please contact me at ali@greenmountainbaskets.com and I will do my best to work with you to rectify any issues or concerns with your purchase.

It is important to remember these baskets and bracelets are made of natural materials. Lotions, perfumes, or water can all damage your basket or bracelet if exposed.  If you do happen to get a small amount of water on the product, wipe clean with a dry, clean cloth. Always store them in a clean, dry environment.

A note about patina - over time, your basket or bracelet will naturally darken with age. This is not a warning sign, but a sign of a well loved and cherished basket or bracelet.
